These terms of use ("terms") govern your use of the website at ai-crypto.exchange ("the site", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Information only

The site publishes independent reviews, comparisons, guides and tools about AI crypto products. All content is provided for general information and education. We are not an exchange, broker, investment firm or financial adviser. We do not hold funds, execute trades, manage portfolios or provide trading accounts.

2. No financial, legal or tax advice

Nothing on the site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset or to use any particular product. Content does not take your personal circumstances, goals or risk tolerance into account. Crypto assets are volatile and you can lose some or all of your money. Before making any financial decision, do your own research and consider speaking to a qualified, licensed professional. Our disclaimer explains this in more detail.

3. Accuracy of content

We work hard to keep facts accurate and we date our sources, as described in our methodology. However, prices, features, licences and availability change often, and we cannot guarantee that every page is complete, current or free of errors at the moment you read it. Always confirm important details on the provider's official website before acting. Scores and rankings are editorial opinions based on our published criteria.

4. Calculators are illustrative

Our calculators, including the DCA, grid bot and bot ROI calculators, run in your browser using the numbers you enter and simplified assumptions. Their results are illustrations, not forecasts. They do not predict future prices or returns and may leave out real-world costs such as slippage, funding rates, taxes, spreads or changes in fees. Do not rely on them as the basis for an investment decision.

5. The AI chat assistant

The chat assistant generates answers automatically using third-party AI models. Its answers may be incorrect, incomplete, outdated or inappropriate for your situation, even when they sound confident. They are not reviewed by a person before you see them and are not advice. Verify anything important against reliable sources.

When using the assistant you agree not to enter personal, confidential or financial information, not to attempt to make it produce harmful or unlawful content, and not to use automated scripts to send messages. We apply rate limits and may block use that looks abusive. How messages are processed is explained in our privacy policy.

6. Third-party websites and products

The site links to websites, tools and exchanges run by other companies. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, services, security, fees or availability. Any account you open or agreement you enter with a third party is between you and that party, under its own terms. A link or a positive review is not an endorsement of everything a company does. Check that a service is legally available in your country before using it.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site in a way that breaks the law, harms the site or other users, or interferes with its operation. This includes attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malware, overloading the servers, scraping content at a volume that affects performance, or presenting our content as your own. We may restrict access for anyone who breaches these terms.

8. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the text, design, graphics, data compilations and code on the site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may read, share links to, and quote short extracts from our pages for non-commercial purposes with a clear credit and a link to the source page. You may not republish whole articles, copy the tools directory or reproduce our scores in a commercial product without written permission. Product names and logos mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify those products.

9. Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site, its content, its calculators or its AI assistant, including trading or investment losses, lost profits, lost data, or losses caused by third-party services you reach through our links.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, such as liability for fraud or, where relevant, death or personal injury caused by negligence. If you are a consumer, you keep any mandatory rights that your local law gives you.

10. Your responsibility

You are responsible for your own trading and investment decisions, for the security of your accounts, devices, passwords and API keys, and for complying with the laws and tax rules that apply to you. Using a trading bot or AI agent can lead to fast losses, especially with leverage.

11. Changes to the site and these terms

We may change, suspend or remove any part of the site, including the AI assistant, at any time and without notice. We may also update these terms. The effective date above will change when we do, and continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws that apply where the site's operator is established, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
